Job summary

Jobot is seeking a General Superintendent to provide field leadership for multiple electrical construction projects and to partner with project management and executive leadership to deliver on schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of electrical construction leadership experience, a proven track record mentoring field leaders, and success delivering large commercial, industrial, or data-center projects.

Qualifications

10+ years of electrical construction leadership experience.
Experience as General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent preferred.
Proven ability to lead multiple project teams in large commercial/industrial settings.
Strong scheduling, manpower planning, budgeting, and execution knowledge.
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for multiple electrical construction projects.
Lead, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
Drive a culture focused on safety, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.
Coordinate manpower planning and workforce allocation across projects.
Monitor project schedules, productivity, labor performance, and field operations.
Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and budget.
Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
