Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction across assigned work.

You will oversee estimating, scheduling, and change orders while coordinating with subs, vendors, and the GC. A background in commercial electrical projects and strong communication skills are essential for success in our collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager over commercial electrical work.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects up to $10M.
• Experience preparing take-offs and estimates for change orders.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financials for the project including costs, revenue and margin.
• Prepare estimates and change orders; coordinate quotes.
• Schedule work and coordinate with GC and team.
• Lead VDC/preconstruction activities and liaise with VDC team.
• Develop talent and manage customers, vendors, subcontractors.
• Maintain regular cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to processes and use of project management tech.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
