Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Engineer to market and sell electrical products in the Residential, Commercial, Construction, and Industrial markets across Louisiana and southern Arkansas. This home-based role requires residence within 50 miles of Minden, LA, with onboarding in Grapevine, TX and occasional in-office meetings.

You’ll lead sales plans, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with distributors, while delivering technical support and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Three+ years in B2B sales, channel sales, business development, or related roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25% of the time.
• No immigration sponsorship; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Minden, LA.
• High School Diploma plus Journeyman Electrician License acceptable if experience meets criteria.

Responsibilities
