You will lead a 50+ person team, ensure safe installations, and coordinate with Operations Management, owners and engineers to meet scope, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
• Four or more years of field supervision/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of multiple projects and field personnel to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Plan lay-out of work, schedule materials/tools and coordinate project construction activities.
• Manage on-site construction, field contractors, and crews to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Review project documents, resolve issues, coordinate installations and close-out projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel.
• Collaborate with HR, Estimating, Accounting and other staff to support projects.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors and stakeholders.
