Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead electrical and mission-critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate field activities, materials, and subcontractors, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, communications, and organizational skills, with a Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred and 5 years of PM experience in electrical construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5 years PM experience in electrical construction preferred; similar qualifications considered.
• Completion of, or enrollment in, an approved electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission-critical construction projects.
• Oversee on-site supervision of crews and ensure safety.
• Review project documents, plans and specs; coordinate field installations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; drive business development.
• Visit jobsites to monitor progress and promote safe behavior.
• Manage project cost, time and quality within standard operating procedures.
