Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• 4+ years of field supervision/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; tech proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and oversee multiple projects, including field supervisors, lead persons, crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers.
• Lay out project work and schedule materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope, budget, and project construction schedules.
• Manage assigned construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Review project documents, plans, and specs; direct construction activities and coordinate field installations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel.
• Collaborate with HR, Estimating, Accounting, Finance, and other staff.
• Interact with owners, owner reps, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors on project activities.
• SPECIALIZED SKILLS: High interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication, organization, and computer proficiency.
