You will guide field operations, mentor Superintendents and Foremen, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while aligning with client expectations and company standards.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of hyperscale programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive-level field leadership experience, typically at Superintendent or Senior Superintendent level.
• Minimum of 15–20 years of progressive electrical construction experience, including leadership of large-scale projects.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification (required or obtainable within 6 months).
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs exceeding standard complexity.
• Strong strategic planning, operational leadership, and workforce management capabilities.

• Provide top-level leadership and direction for multiple concurrent projects or hyperscale programs.
• Establish and execute field operations strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Lead Superintendents, Site Supervisors, and Foremen across assigned projects.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance across field operations.
• Partner with executives to scale field operations and support company growth initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, labor productivity, and cost control.
