Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large commercial and industrial construction projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, resources, and subcontractors across mechanical/structural scopes.

The role reports to the Area Manager and requires experience in data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas construction. Travel and leadership across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out.
• Recruiting, managing and leading teams of employees (Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, Coordinators).
• Supervises the daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product and contract requirements.
• Ensures safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
• Ensure team follows safety/work rules and policies.
