Job summary

Loenbro Southeast is seeking an Electrical Foreman (Traveling) to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects across multiple locations. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, mentor teams, coordinate with project managers and other trades, and ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have journeyman-level electrical knowledge, strong leadership, and proven experience managing labor, materials, and schedules to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects
• Advanced knowledge of construction and time management
• Advanced knowledge of NEC electrical codes
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, transformers, and control systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices, assign tasks, and ensure safe, efficient work per project specs
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development for team members
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines, coordinating with managers and other trades
• Manage procurement, inventory, and use of materials, tools, and equipment; ensure maintenance to avoid delays
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients; coordinate field activities across trades
• Document job progress, labor hours, safety incidents, and material usage; submit reports to management
