Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager 3 to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate with clients, engineering teams, and trade partners while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in construction, finance, or project management.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, ideally in mission critical environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary project leadership responsibilities with internal teams and project personnel.
• Plan, organize, and staff key project positions with superintendents and PM staff.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Manage financial aspects including cost control, billings, collections, profitability, and cash flow.
• Identify and manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Mentor and supervise other project managers and assistants when assigned.
