Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a skilled Project Manager 3 to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will drive on-time delivery, budget control, and quality/safety compliance while serving as the primary liaison among clients, internal teams, and trade partners.

You will mentor junior PMs, coordinate with superintendents, and manage risks across all project phases to ensure profitable outcomes and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, finance, or PM.
• At least 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from $500k to $3M.
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrical projects from start to closeout.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality/safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop schedules and manage project finances including cash flow.
• Mentor other project managers and supervise on-site teams.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
