Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial electrical construction projects, from planning through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
• Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and contract administration.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to support milestones.
• Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and overall financial performance.
• Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or profitability.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project partners.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers while supporting their growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience with Design-Build, negotiated work, or CMAR delivery methods.
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, or institutional electrical projects.
