Lemartec, a MasTec company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistants, and superintendents on diverse commercial and industrial projects nationwide.

The role requires up to 100% travel across the United States, overseeing pre-construction, bidding, and execution in collaboration with architects, engineers, and owners to deliver high quality results and client satisfaction. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of additional relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project Management.
• 10 to 20 years of experience managing commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project managers, assistants, and superintendents.
• Review bid specs to identify risks before project initiation.
• Develop contingency plans for critical path delays.
• Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and risk exposure.
• Drive business development to exceed targets with architects, engineers, and owners.
• Oversee on-site teams to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
• Lead pre-construction and RFP efforts with the estimating team.
• Coordinate with internal departments for efficient project execution.
• Ensure quality control and timely project completion.
