Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead complex estimates for commercial and industrial projects. You will develop cost estimates, inspect sites, and drive bid processes while coordinating with engineers, customers, and project managers.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or related training, strong NEC knowledge, and extensive estimating software experience. Expect leadership duties and a pathway to larger-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or technical training in related field.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems.
• Experience with estimating software and take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost estimates from take-off stage to bid hand-off.
• Performs site inspections to determine labor and materials needs.
• Attends pre-bid and scope review meetings.
• Computes and submits bids and interprets drawings and specs.
• Coordinates with engineers, customers, vendors, and Project Managers.
