Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex electrical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

This role requires 7+ years in project management, a valid electrical license, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive cost control, risk management and on-site execution across multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience with full product lifecycle and development methodologies.
• Maintains CT journeyman or master electrical licenses.
• Proven ability to lead across organizational verticals.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and subcontractors.
• Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones.
• Manage multiple related projects to align with strategic objectives and budgets.
• Report on project success criteria, metrics, and deployment activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cost to complete and financial projections.
• Identify scope creep and mitigate risk and exposure.
• Coordinate with general superintendent and foremen to review labor hours and timelines.
• Monitor quality control and participate in issue resolution.
• Communicate status to leadership with clear executive-level updates.
• Develop and manage project plans, external vendors, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects proceed within scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
