• Experience negotiating with vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex electrical projects across multiple lines of business.
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams and align milestones with objectives.
• Report on project success criteria, metrics and risk management.
• Develop estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Coordinate with superintendents to review labor hours and set completion targets.
• Monitor performance, provide status updates to leadership and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
