Job summary

Cec Companies is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in the electrical construction field to oversee all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion. You will manage financial reporting, labor and material tracking, and changes, while ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include developing project schedules, value timing to sustain cash flow, and leading submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.

Qualifications

• BSME or Construction Management degree is a plus; a high school diploma is required.
• 8+ years project management experience in electrical construction.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and win projects.
• Prior experience in electrical estimating.
• Supervisory experience.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish.
• Manage financial reporting, labor, material, and job expenses.
• Create and manage Schedule of Values to maintain positive cash flow.
• Submit and manage all submittals, drawings, and change logs.
• Monthly financial projections and progress billing per project.
• Lead project management goals, procurement, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Coordinate with customers to validate expectations and ensure satisfaction.
