Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years PM experience in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Strong ability to develop relationships and win projects.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight in client management, financial and reporting issues.
• Promote growth and development of client relationships.
• Manage workload and development of project management staff.
• Maintain positive customer relations with contractors and vendors.
• Document project start‑ups and ensure timely payments to subs.
• Conduct monthly project reviews for schedule, quality, safety and profitability.
• Assign personnel to meet project needs and participate in new work meetings.
• Support project managers with issue resolution and change orders.
