Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc is seeking a Project Manager to own full project execution, schedules, budgeting, and coordination. You will manage budgets, resources, and close-out while ensuring safety and quality standards across all activities.

The role requires collaborating with customers, vendors, superintendents, safety teams, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within contract terms. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in CM/engineering.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution, schedules, budgeting, coordination, and close-out.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, superintendents, safety teams, and project consultants.
• Lead project and customer meetings; document action items.
• Manage change orders and cost tracking; approve invoices.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance across the project.
• Support bids, proposals, and opportunity development.
