Qualifications

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 7+ years of project management experience in construction, preferably data center or mission-critical.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of estimating practices, construction materials, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and maintain relationships with senior contacts.
• Review proposals to ensure scope, schedule, and pricing are executable.
• Oversee project setup, budgets, and safety plans across multiple jobs.
• Lead risk, change orders, and procurement strategies.
• Mentor PMs and guide cross-functional teams toward on-time delivery.
• Oversee portfolio financial health and forecasting.
