Job summary

GDC Industrial, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent / Project Lead (E9) to oversee electrical field operations on Tyler, TX projects. You will lead execution plans, coordinate with engineering and management, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control from start to turnover.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
State-issued Journeyman Electrician license (preferred; required where applicable).
Strong NEC code knowledge and field wiring experience.
12+ years of progressive electrical trade and project leadership.
Proven leadership in safety, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Lead all electrical field operations for assigned projects.
Develop execution plans, manpower strategies, and work sequencing.
Coordinate electrical scope with project management, engineering, safety, QA/QC, and other trades.
Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Forecast manpower, labor costs, and resource needs.
Monitor productivity, schedule progress, and cost performance.
Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, schedule, quality, and cost.
Ensure NEC and local codes compliance and company standards.
Mentor and develop foremen and field leadership.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
