Job summary

Green Tanner Industrial is seeking an experienced electrical superintendent to lead field execution for electrical installs, coordinating crews, subs, and trade interfaces on site. You will ensure adherence to drawings, specs, NEC codes, and safety standards while maintaining schedule milestones and cost targets.

Responsibilities include daily look-ahead planning, field QA/QC, Procore documentation, and coordination with PMs and client. A Journeyman license and driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Plan electrical work, direct crews, and coordinate trades to hit milestones.
• Procore documentation and RFIs/submittals coordination.
• Familiar with NEC, OSHA safety standards, and field testing.
• Journeyman electrician license preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field execution for electrical scopes and plan/sequencing.
• Coordinate with PMs, GC, engineers, and client for scope and schedule.
• Own look-ahead planning, crew assignments, and resource allocation.
• Oversee safety, quality, permits, and field documentation in Procore.
• Verify layouts, groundings, cable routing, and equipment installation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning readiness, and turnover.
