Job summary

Worley is seeking an Electrician Superintendent to lead safety-focused electrical construction on a major industrial project in Texas. You will direct large craft crews, partner with project leadership, and ensure work is planned, resourced, and executed to meet schedule, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires deep field leadership, strong trades knowledge, and a commitment to mentorship of apprentices while driving productivity and continuous improvement across site activities.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of electrical construction experience in industrial projects.
• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent trade qualification.
• Experience leading large electrical craft organizations on industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety and installation methods.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple forepersons and manage large crews.
• Knowledge of labor planning, productivity, and cost performance.
• Mentorship and apprentice development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities within assigned project areas.
• Coordinate large crews of forepersons and electricians to execute the plan.
• Ensure safe installation of power distribution, switchgear, MCCs, transformers.
• Plan activities and allocate workforce resources to maintain productivity.
• Monitor manpower requirements and adjust deployment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and electrical safety standards.
• Support apprentice development and craft competency programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HSE, and Construction leadership.
• Drive labor productivity and report progress.
