AE2S is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Engineer to lead electrical design and project delivery for water and wastewater infrastructure across multiple locations. You will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and provide technical leadership in power systems, instrumentation and controls, and SCADA.

You will guide projects from planning through construction, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and the highest quality standards, while mentoring staff and collaborating

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical system design experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Utah or ability to obtain.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and strategic guidance to teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior‑level electrical engineering and project management leadership for complex water and wastewater projects.
• Lead and support business development to drive local and regional growth.
• Serve as a technical leader applying advanced electrical engineering expertise across project teams.
• Design and oversee electrical systems ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Conduct research and feasibility evaluations for new electrical technologies.
• Lead large‑scale electrical design projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Provide QC/QA for electrical designs, drawings, and specs.
• Mentor and oversee engineers and staff for successful delivery.
• Collaborate across disciplines and with external subconsultants.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, and pursuit of opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
