AE2S is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design and project delivery for water and wastewater infrastructure across multiple locations in the United States. You’ll serve as the technical lead for power distribution, lighting, I&C, and SCADA, guiding multidisciplinary teams from planning through construction with a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of electrical system design experience
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles, compliance practices, regulations, and standards
• Adept in providing guidance and strategic leadership to mid-level, senior-level, and project members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical engineering design and project delivery for complex infrastructure projects
• Serve as the technical lead across power distribution, lighting, I&C, and SCADA systems
• Manage projects from planning through construction (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts
• Provide QA/QC oversight on electrical designs, drawings, and specifications
• Mentor and guide electrical engineers and technical staff
• Collaborate across disciplines and with subconsultants to deliver integrated solutions
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve electrical system performance
