You will develop conceptual and detailed electrical estimates, build cost models, and coordinate with project teams and clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management degree (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 10 years of proven experience in the commercial/electrical construction industry (Mission Critical Data Center experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates for Electrical scope across design stages.
• Scope, compare and select subcontractors based on value and project requirements.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and evaluate bids for budgeting.
• Perform quantity take-offs of all Electrical systems.
• Record final estimates and maintain cost history.
• Support preconstruction expertise including value design, costs, schedule, procurement, and pursuits.
