Ryan Companies US, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Engineer for our National Mission Critical team in a primarily on-site Dallas area role.

You will work closely with project management to shepherd critical data centers and other high-tech facilities from pre-construction through closeout. The role emphasizes ownership of project administration, schedule support, budget tracking, and coordination with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve day-to-day issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency with Procore and Building Connected.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Project Manager in pre-construction through closeout activities.
• Lead project documentation: RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Help manage the project budget and labor costs.
• Coordinate scheduling and site coordination meetings.
• Support quality and safety initiatives on site.
