Job summary

Saber Power Services, based in Houston, Texas, seeks a Sr. Field Service Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Field Services and Power Distribution Testing, focusing on highly skilled electrical testing professionals and technicians.

You will partner with Field Services leadership, develop proactive sourcing, build pipelines, and reduce reliance on external agencies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, or specialized industry professionals.
Proven ability to recruit electrical power professionals and engineers.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers to drive recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Field Services and Power Distribution Testing.
Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and negotiations.
Build talent pipelines across multiple geographic markets.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
Maintain candidate records and pipeline reporting in ADP Workforce Now.
Provide market insights and compensation guidance to hiring managers.
Manage agency relationships and monitor recruiting metrics.
