Job summary

Saber Power Services, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Field Services Project Manager II to lead project planning, execution, and closeout for field services. You will drive budgets, schedules, and contract terms while coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep project management experience in electrical power industries, strong leadership, and a track record of improving processes and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years on electrical power, EPC, testing/commissioning, or field-service projects.
• Demonstrated ownership of project financials: budget, forecast, margin and change orders.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Experience with project scheduling tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project life cycle from concept to delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and control project budgets; forecast costs with Finance for accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams; provide regular updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide strategic input on planning and delivery; support continuous improvement.
