Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead field operations in the Rosharon, TX area. You will oversee regional teams, ensure testing and maintenance meet NETA standards, and drive safety, quality, and profitability across projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of power systems and a track record of managing multi-site operations, with emphasis on training, certification, and customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years in electrical testing, commissioning, or power systems services.
Leadership or management experience in field operations.
Strong knowledge of NETA standards and testing procedures.
Experience managing multi-site or regional teams.
Understanding of power systems, substations, switchgear, protective relays, and transformers.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support regional operations teams across the region.
Ensure all testing, commissioning, and maintenance meet NETA standards and codes.
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workload balancing to meet timelines.
Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and profitability metrics.
Foster safety culture and OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management to support growth.
Develop technicians through training, certification tracking, and coaching.
