Saber Power Services is seeking a Senior Field Service Recruiter in Rosharon, TX to lead full-cycle recruiting for Field Services and Power Distribution Testing. You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers for NETA-certified technicians, relay & P&C technicians, field service engineers, and related roles.

Formación

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, or specialized professionals.
• Ability to recruit electrical power professionals and engineers.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Field Services roles, including sourcing and screening.
• Coordinate interviews, develop offers, and negotiate with candidates.
• Partner with Operations leadership to plan workforce needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
• Manage agency relationships and report recruiting metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
