Job summary

Saber Power Services, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Regional Account Specialist to lead revenue growth in an assigned territory. You will sell electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, engineering, repair, and construction services to industrial and utility clients, building strong relationships and strategic plans.

The role requires understanding of high-voltage systems, proposal development, and collaboration with operations and estimating teams to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, including substantial high-voltage substation/transmission project exposure within an EPC context.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.
• Safety is a core value; we operate SAFELY or not at all.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue and close new business, drive sales, and meet quotas.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and represent Saber Power positively.
• Develop strategic business plans for target clients and maintain accurate activity in CRM.
• Forecast regularly and update opportunities with dates; follow up to close active projects.
• Meet with customers daily to progress opportunities and translate needs into proposals.
