Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Electrical Power emphasis required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical power generation design and related projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required where applicable.
- Experience with power generation, protection and control, grounding, and balance of plant design.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-discipline teams on power generation projects for utility-scale and renewables.
- Mentor junior engineers and manage client relationships throughout projects.
- Develop proposals, fee builds, and work breakdown structures in response to RFPs.
- Perform design and engineer-of-record duties for power plant systems.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Controller on reviews and schedules.
