Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager for data centers and mission-critical facilities in Tulsa. The role focuses on directing project scope, budgets, and key owner/subcontractor relationships while mentoring on-site staff and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The candidate should have an electrical background, a construction management/engineering degree, OSHA 30 hours, and strong leadership and communication skills to thrive in a team-driven,

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour safety certification and First Aid & CPR training.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Manhattan document control and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project direction, completion/financial outcomes, and owner/subcontractor relationships.
• Mentor on-site staff and coordinate with the Superintendent.
• Assist in bid preparations, look-ahead scheduling, and project close-out processes.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety policies, and quality standards.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
