Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager for a mission critical jobsite in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, with support from the Lenexa, KS office. This on-site role requires extensive travel and hands-on leadership of electrical construction teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of electrical PM experience on large-scale projects, with knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, wiring, grounding, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires travel to out-of-area job sites.
• Minimum 10 years as Electrical Construction Project Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure installations: low- and medium-voltage cabling, conduit, cable trays, load calculations, terminations, grounding, trenching.
• Construction PMs overseeing electrical subcontractors not sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently when assigned to out-of-area sites.
• Lead electrical construction projects or assist senior management on large hyper-scale Midwest projects.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and vendor compliance; ensure contract, budget, safety, and legal compliance.
