Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for our Advanced Technologies/Mission Critical group for a jobsite in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This is a jobsite-based role supported by our Midwest corporate office, with future work on Midwest jobsites.

A travel package applies if not located near the jobsite, including travel home about twice a month. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience on large-scale projects, with direct responsibility for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience directly managing electrical infrastructure installations (low/medium voltage cabling, conduit, raceways, cable tray, load calculations).
• Experience with mission critical or hyperscale data center electrical construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently when assigned to out-of-area jobsites.
• Manage electrical construction projects and coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project coordination, scheduling, and construction.
• Monitor project accounting and profitability.
• Maintain client and vendor communications and relationships.
• Lead subordinates per company leadership model.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
