ManpowerGroup client in Newton, MA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager to lead complex electrical engineering and product development programs from concept to commercialization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of experience including leadership of challenging engineering programs, with regulatory and design transfer exposure. You'll drive decisions and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in electrical engineering and product development with leadership.
• Experience managing hardware, firmware, systems, verification, and regulatory activities.
• Expertise in requirements management, risk management, design controls, verification/validation, supplier management, and design transfer.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical engineering and product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Manage hardware, firmware, systems, verification, regulatory, and design transfer activities.
• Drive technical decision-making while managing project schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, challenges, and milestones to executive leadership.
