Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical project management on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define objectives and ensure achievability.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to the project team including foremen and support staff.
• Manage change orders and oversee document control and invoicing.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners.
• Communicate progress and milestones to stakeholders.
