Job summary

Rosendin, the nation’s largest employee-owned electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to steer multiple projects from inception to completion.

You’ll lead PMs, supervise budgets and schedules, ensure safety, and cultivate strong client relations while pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, 10+ years in electrical construction, and a PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise a team of project managers and assistants on day-to-day activities.
• Train and supervise project managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and oversee change orders; maintain project logs.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly costing reports; manage contracts finances to protect company interests.
