Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks a Senior Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with outstanding service. This role manages two to four smaller-to-medium projects or one to two larger projects, mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to corporate policies.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of PM experience. On-site work across active construction sites with travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor junior staff and Project Assistants as needed.
• Plan and organize projects under direction of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise changes and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Negotiate change orders and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Manage contracts financially (billing, equipment, expenses) and maintain client relations.
• Represent the company in project meetings and support new business opportunities.
