Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects. You will supervise a team, manage change orders, and coordinate with clients and A/E partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You have 10+ years in project management, a strong grasp of construction tech and safety, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Rosendin emphasizes ESOP ownership and a collaborative culture in its growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise project staff and manage daily field administration.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders; maintain logs and tracking devices.
• Coordinate with prime client and architectural/engineering teams to support construction activities.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule and budgets are met.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and oversee project finances.
