Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager for data center projects in the US. Lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality, client satisfaction and profitability across renovations and new construction, with strong emphasis on electrical discipline and subcontractor coordination.

The role requires 10–15 years of PM experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and safety compliance on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of project management experience.
• Heavy electrical background preferred.
• Experience from the subcontractor world is acceptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects focusing on quality, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Direct project staff and coordinate owner, tenants, architects and engineers.
• Oversee paperwork, reporting, schedules and budgets for strong execution.
• Lead weekly status meetings and document action items and decisions.
• Review bids, procure materials and manage change orders and invoicing.
• Ensure timely payments, reporting and close-out documentation.
