STO Building Group is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead data center renovations and construction. You will drive overall project success, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and profitability across multiple teams.

The role requires a heavy electrical background, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects with owner and tenant stakeholders. This position is based in the United States and involves direct client interaction and extensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Heavy electrical background preferred.
• Coming from sub-contractor world is okay / acceptable.
• Well-developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project activity including schedules, spending and related items to ensure timely completion.
• Prepares project reports and schedules per company guidelines.
• Facilitates weekly project status meetings with stakeholders and documents outcomes.
• Conducts internal staff meetings to disseminate information and ensure safety compliance.
• Performs final review of construction including bid documents, estimates, and takeoffs.
• Procures materials and reviews vendor/subcontractor invoices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reviews change orders and ensures proper approvals and billing.
• Ensures timely payments and coordination with accounting.
