The Senior Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overall management and success of high-end renovations and construction projects: quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.

Requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on construction projects.
Solid understanding of electrical systems in data center environments.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and project documentation.

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall management and success of multiple construction projects.
Maintain strong relationships with project owner and stakeholders.
Lead weekly status meetings and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
Review bids, procure materials, and manage subcontractor performance and payments.
Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals are met.
