Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an Experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a data center project in Frazer, PA. You will be accountable for overall project success, including quality, client satisfaction and profitability across renovations and new construction.

Responsibilities include overseeing electrical systems, coordinating with owners, tenants and professionals, managing schedules and finances, and ensuring accurate project documentation and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• 10-15 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy electrical background preferred.
• Experience with BIM/Navisworks/Revit or equivalent expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage project staff and relationships among owner, tenants and professionals.
• Oversee documentation and administrative aspects of project management execution.
• Oversee electrical trades and coordination.
• Monitor schedules, spending and related metrics.
