Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STOBuilding Group, seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead data center projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will oversee electrical systems, manage staff, coordinate with owners and tenants, and drive on-time project delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires 10–15 years in commercial construction management and a heavy electrical background, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• 10–15 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy Electrical background preferred.
• Coming from the sub-contractor world is okay / acceptable.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of electrical systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all staff assigned to project and relationship management among project owner, owner’s tenants and all professional groups involved.
• Oversee timely and accurate completion of all documentation and administrative aspects relating to project management execution.
• Oversee electrical trades and coordination.
• Monitor schedules, spending and related.
• Prepare and submit project reports and schedules.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and approve for payment or negotiate changes.
• Prepare and submit change orders for approval by clients and director of operations.
• Ensure subcontractors are advised of all change orders.
• Prepare all close out documentation including warranty information, affidavits, record drawings.
• Ensure final payments are received from client and invoices paid to subcontractors.
