Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an experienced High Voltage Project Manager to support data center projects. The PM will oversee overall management, ensure quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities include overseeing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, coordinating with subcontractors and owners, managing schedules and budgets, reviewing bids and change orders, and delivering closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• 10-15 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy Mechanical and/or Electrical background preferred.
• Experience with BIM/Navisworks/Revit or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems during construction management.
• Manage staff and coordinate among owners, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and admin tasks.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades and coordination.
• Monitor schedules and spending; prepare status and financial reports.
• Review bids, vendor and subcontractor qualifications, and estimates.
• Approve payments and negotiate changes.
• Prepare change orders and ensure subcontractor notification.
• Prepare close-out documentation including warranties and drawings.
