Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead data center construction projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and profitability. You will manage staff, coordinate with owners, tenants and consultants, and drive project documentation and oversight for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Heavy electrical background preferred.
• Coming from sub-contractor world is okay / acceptable.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects to meet quality, budget and schedule goals.
• Manage all staff assigned to the project and maintain owner relationships.
• Prepare and review project reports, schedules and financials for timeliness and accuracy.
• Lead weekly status meetings with owner, reps, vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, policy adherence and proper project documentation.
