Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STOBuilding Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to support data center renovations and construction. The role oversees overall project management, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability for high-end projects.

You will lead staff, coordinate with owners and vendors, review bids and change orders, ensure timely payments, and drive project closeout with comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and success of multiple construction projects (quality, client satisfaction, profitability).
• Lead project staff and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, and all professionals involved.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and administrative tasks; prepare reports and schedules.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings; prepare minutes and assign tasks.
• Review bid documents, procurement, and subcontractor qualifications; manage change orders.
• Monitor invoices and ensure timely payments; coordinate with accounting for final billing and closeout.
