Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative to develop new prospects and maintain contacts with established customers for selling electrical products. You will meet annual gross margin budgets, promote to complex accounts, and handle customer relations with professionalism.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience (6+ preferred) and a 4-year degree. Extensive travel is expected; compensation includes a base salary of $102,791–$132,204 plus bonus

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin targets by selling to complex accounts in the assigned territory.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Inform management of local competition and market conditions.
• Carry out sales and merchandise programs and suggest new items for stock.
• Maintain current customer records and reports; assist in collecting past due accounts.
• Participate in training, trade shows, and sales meetings as requested.
• Demonstrate products after sale when necessary.
